Welcome to the Maths & Calculs app ("the App"). These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your use of the App. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use the App.

The App provides calculation tools: basic and scientific calculator, discounts and percentages, fractions, equations, maths problems, loan simulation and currency conversion. All calculations are performed locally on your Android device, without an Internet connection.

- Calculations: results are provided for information and educational purposes. It is up to the user to check results before making any important decision.
- Exchange rates: the rates offered by the currency converter are indicative and are not updated in real time. Users can edit them manually.
- Loan simulation: the simulation is neither a credit offer nor financial advice. Only an offer from a lending institution is binding.
6. Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights relating to the App, including but not limited to the software, texts, graphics and user interfaces, are our exclusive property or that of our licensors. 10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with French law. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Caen.
11. Family content
The App contains no ads and no in-app purchases and complies with Google Play's family content policies.
