Maths & Calculs: the all-in-one calculator.

Maths & Calculs

What would you like to calculate?

Maths & Calculs is an Android app that brings eight calculation tools together on a single home screen. Each tool has its own colour, icon and an interface designed to get straight to the point: enter the values, get the result and, when useful, the details of the calculation.

The app works entirely offline, requires no special permission and collects no personal data.

Calculators

  • Basic calculator

    Perform basic arithmetic (+, −, ×, ÷).

  • Scientific calculator

Scientific functions, trigonometry, powers and roots.

  • Discount & Percentage

Calculate discounts, percentages and final prices.

Maths

  • Fractions

Simplify, add, subtract, multiply and divide fractions.

  • Equations

    Solve first- and second-degree equations:

    • First degree — solve a x + b = 0 and find the value of x.
    • System with 2 unknowns — solve a system of 2 equations with 2 unknowns (x, y).
    • Second degree — a x² + b x + c = 0: discriminant Δ and roots x1, x2.
    • Zero product — (a x + b)(c x + d) = 0: solve an equation written as a product of two factors.

  • Maths problems

Step-by-step guided solving of maths problems:

    • Rule of three & proportionality — unit price, quantities and proportional values.
    • Speed, time & distance — calculate speed (km/h), distance (km) or time (h, min).
    • Percentage & change — rates of increase or decrease.
    • Perimeters & areas — rectangle, circle (disc) and triangle.

Finance

  • Loan simulator

Calculate the monthly payment, interest cost, insurance cost and total amount repaid, with quick durations (10, 15, 20 or 25 years).

  • Currency converter

Convert between currencies (€, $, £, CHF, ¥, BTC, ETH…) with an indicative, editable exchange rate.

And also

  • Light or dark theme, or follow the system setting.
  • Detailed steps shown for equations and problems.
  • No Internet connection needed: all calculations are done on your device.
  • A "Suggest an improvement" button to send me your ideas directly from the app.
