I was tired of juggling several apps to work out a discount, check maths homework or estimate the monthly payments of a loan. So I brought together in Maths & Calculs the tools you need every day: a basic calculator, a scientific calculator, discounts and percentages, fractions, equations, problems, a loan simulator and a currency converter.
For students, parents and anyone who wants to check their reasoning: the app solves linear and quadratic equations (with the discriminant Δ), systems of two unknowns and zero-product equations, and guides you step by step through proportionality, speed, percentage and geometry problems.
The loan simulator calculates the monthly payment, the interest cost, the insurance cost and the total amount repaid. The currency converter offers editable indicative rates for the euro, dollar, pound, Swiss franc, yen, bitcoin, ether and a customisable virtual currency.
This website is now online in 13 languages to present the app.
